Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

We may grant partial refunds in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)

We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
